Cherry Collars: Comprehensive Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cherry Collars! By purchasing a ticket or using our website, you
agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. No-Show & Auto-Cancellation Policy:This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket cancellation for passengers who fail to board their scheduled Cherry Collars bus at the designated boarding point.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  • Policy Statement: If a passenger does not board the Cherry Collars bus at their specified boarding point at the scheduled departure time, their ticket will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued for the unutilized ticket.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         • Punctuality is Required: Passengers are solely responsible for arriving at their designated boarding point well in advance of the scheduled departure time. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes prior to departure to allow for unforeseen circumstances.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               • Definition of No-Show: A passenger is considered a "no-show" if they arenot present and ready to board the bus at the specified boarding point when the  bus departs at its scheduled time.
Automatic Cancellation: Upon departure of the bus from the boarding point without the passenger, the ticket associated with that passenger will be automatically cancelled in our system.                              • No Refund Policy: Under no circumstances will a refund be provided for tickets cancelled due to a passenger being a no-show.                                                                                                                            • Responsibility of the Passenger: It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure they are at the correct boarding point at the correct time. Cherry Collars will not be held liable for any missed connections, financial losses, or other consequences arising from a passenger's failure to board the bus as scheduled.                                                                                                                                    • Exceptions: This policy may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances only at the sole discretion of Cherry Collars management.

2. Passenger Code of Conduct & Luggage Policy
To ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all, passengers must adhere to the

following:
Prohibited Items: Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the bus. Any passenger found carrying or consuming such items will be immediately deboarded, and no refund will be issued.         • Permitted Carry-On Items: Only laptops and mobile chargers are permitted as carry-on items inside the bus cabin without additional charge.                                                                                                     • Luggage Allowance: Passengers are permitted to carry one (1) trolley bag and one (1) laptop bag without additional charge.                                                                                                                               • Excess Baggage: Any item beyond the permitted allowance, including but not limited to, carton boxes or burlap bags, will incur a charge of ₹3 per kilometer (KM). Cherry Collars reserves the right to refuse to transport excess or oversized luggage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        • Passenger Behavior: Passengers must behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, verbal abuse, or harassment, may lead to deboarding without a refund.                                          • Damage to Property: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the bus or company property.                                                                                                                                                      • Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    • No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly not allowed onboard Cherry Collars buses under any circumstances.


3. Ticket Cancellation Policy (Excluding No-Show)
This applies to passenger-initiated cancellations before scheduled departure:
Less than 4 hours: 100% Cancellation Charges (No Refund)
4–8 hours: 60% Cancellation Charges (40% Refund)
8–12 hours: 40% Cancellation Charges (60% Refund)
12–24 hours: 20% Cancellation Charges (80% Refund)
1 to 7 days before: 10% Cancellation Charges (90% Refund)
7–30 days before: 10% Cancellation Charges (90% Refund)
Note: Refunds, if applicable, may take several business days and are processed
through the original payment method.


4. Service Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Right to Delay: Cherry Collars reserves the right to delay up to 4 hours
due to factors like traffic, road closures, weather, or mechanical issues.
No Compensation: We are not liable for any losses, refunds (outside the
standard policy), or missed appointments due to delays.
Communication: In case of major delays, updates will be shared using
available passenger contact information.


5. General Website Terms and Conditions
By accessing www.cherrycollars.com, you agree to abide by the website’s
Terms of Use:
IP Rights: Except for user-submitted content, all materials are property of
Cherry Collars and/or its licensors.Ticket Cancellation Policy (Excluding No-Show)
Usage Restrictions: You may not redistribute, modify, commercially exploit, or misuse any content from the website.                                                                                                                                              • User Behavior: Avoid harmful actions like data harvesting or unauthorized marketing.
